It took under 10 minutes for me to get in and out of there. The lady was very fast and direct about what to do. HOWEVER ! She was still very unprofessional. She was being "picked-up" by a customer and laughing about it and she was also conversing with him throughout this whole transaction. The building itself wasn't too clean, but it was the end of the day, so that could excused. This is my Go-To place for WU pick-ups.

Haven't had any issues except once they misspelled some information but fixed it as soon as i told…read morethem. They are 24hrs so that is awesome. Only 4 instead of 5 stars because the tellers aren't always that friendly though not outright rude either. Also, i have went there over half a dozen times before they finally told me i don't have to fill out the form with every visit and that i can just tell them my number. As many times as i have sent money i would also think i would have more points but they don't seem to add all the time. Not sure though if this is the location issue or just with western union itself. Don't know if teller is supposed to input some info for me to get the points. Anyhow it is one of very few places opened 24hrs. They do have an atm inside. They sell metrocards. It's right near the q72 and q58 bus stops. Local or express.

I went back online politely, tried again and got treated rudely again. your locations are located in lower income neighborhoods, so people may be on some sort of public assistance or have a criminal background. trust I am neither of the two and I am not judging people who are. I've been to your location several times to send money and pay conedison bills. Invest some time in friendlier staff that is not going to push you to the side. 15 seconds more and there would of been no need for this email.
