I was blown away by a beautiful chalk sign I saw in New York City. I was recently reading reviews of a new Times Square restaurant owned by Guy Fieri. He's the celebrity from Diner's Drive-ins and Dives. There, six feet by four feet was a large chalk drawing of one of his tattoo's. A commemorative piece featuring the Botticelli's Venus with Nameste Morgan. The sign came from Gabriola Island's Chalk It Up Signs. Who new? I'd definitely use them for chalk art signage in the Nanaimo area. read more
