Anita and Pani at Chaina nail spa are the most amazing artists! I'm from California in the US and these lovely ladies are doing a new technique that I've never seen! They're called "esculptura uñas" here and their attention to detail is absolutely stunning. The hand painting options and decals, even foils as options on your nails are awesome. They take their time making sure that every nail is perfect. I've been going to them faithfully for months now because the common gel mani/pedis aren't very clean here and they also use a Dremmel tool on your feet!! It creates bigger and worse callouses before. Anyway, Anita and Pani specialize on hands. Don't be surprised if you're there for a few hours spilling all of your family secrets while they also serve you coffee and cookies! I was so surprised to literally just randomly discover their shop one day when I was doing errands. Also, Anita is a gifted artist in multiple different forms of design. I'm a fashion designer from LA and SF so this made a big impact on me. She has an incredible esthetic with everything she touches and Pani is super talented. I've even bought a couple of scarves there that they personally designed. Loyal customer for life...I may just drag them back to Hollywood with me because if you can't find a fashion technique that you discovered artists practicing in a random city in a developing country, Anita & Pani could easily become millionaires!! Love these chicks and I haven't had a bad experience ever no matter what crazy design and ideas I have. Oh! And they have the cutest doggy and great taste in music. Honestly, I'm not a big fan of this city, but I adore Ana and Pani and their art. Now go check them out if you are tired of being "común" and want to be more elegant and fashionable. read more
