So many times chiropractors have you sign up for "plans" that keep you coming back and not much relief is realized. I had a back problem that Dr. Mike could not remedy, so he took exrays. He let me know I had a problem that chiropractic care could not handle. I was appreciative that he let me know that and did not string me along just for the financial gain he could have had. I would say they do have a bit of an issue with insurance claims though. They have not been very diligent about getting my reimbursements back from my insurance company, even though I have spoken to them more than once about it. I have had to resort to getting invoices and will send out my own claim.

I felt like I was treated poorly without any empathy recently after a snowstorm and an ill toddler (who was with me) caused me to be a few minutes late for an appointment. No one cared - they couldn't be bothered to ask or understand I just was told to reschedule (despite the fact that he had already allowed someone else to take my appointment spot) so he really wasn't even behind. I won't be going back but I am certain they won't notice.

I swear by my appointments especially after shoveling snow in the winter. His cash price is very reasonable and if you get there early, I highly recommend getting in the aqua massage chamber. It helps those sore muscles. He also just recently added a massage therapist to help even more. As long as he is in Chippewa, I will not go anywhere else!
