The office is small but the office staff is overall nice and helpful. Just be warned sometimes when you call if you are put on hold you could be there for a long time. I've been on hold for more than 10 minutes several times before. If I wasn't at work it wouldn't have bothered me as much. The waiting room is very small and some patients bring their kids in with them and they are all over the place so it makes it feel very cramped at times. I randomly found Dr. Shin and am glad I did.

If I could give a zero or lower, I would. Dr dismissed very important health concerns, saying "all women experience this" which was absolutely wrong. Dr tried to make me see her 3x for one test I was recommended to do. When I explained each time she pushed the test back, it costs me more $. Dr stated "you get your money's worth because you always take up an hour of my time" after two 20 min appts. Dr scolded me about asking questions about new medical diagnosis' by stating "you always come with a book of questions." Unprofessional, egotistical, dismissive. There are many qualified OBs in wayne county, this is not one. It's past being a bad dr, she's a terrible human being.
