She was very rough with my two year old and wouldn't let me hold him for the procedure. She only insisted I "hold his arms down tighter". When I asked to take him and comfort him they refused. After the horrible ordeal, as we were trying to hastily leave in search of a new dentist, they tried to convince me to fill out their paperwork so they could do surgery on his teeth, putting him under full blown anesthesia. When I confronted them with questions as to how my child would be cared for during the procedure, I was met with a condescending hand wave as she dismissed me offering no other answers than I needed to ask the hospital and the anesthesiologist. Wouldn't trust them with a stray cat.

So I called her Orthodontist (Local Orthodontist). The receptionist said they were booked for the day. I told her that I could wait a few days or week, they said they were not going to be able to help me. My granddaughters mother called Bradshaw and Hathaway, who were able to get me an appointment for 1:00 that same afternoon. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Daniel Bradshaw came in and took care of me personally, I was so thankful. He did not charge me anything. He said, if you have any more problems, give me a call, that he hoped that another Orthodontist would take care of his patients on vacation. This is the kind of care and service that should be priority one in finding an Orthodontist.
