Received little to no help 1 year ago when I was rear ended at 50 mph. I transferred my business to Chad after my Chattanooga Agent did nothing but send me to customer service. Chad never called, even after asking his agents to transfer me to him, or have him call. I had a lot of problems that I needed help with especially regarding Tennyson Body shop that his Agent referred me too even after letting her know. This is not meant to be a personal attack on Chad.
