After a full week they couldn't get us one document for our mortgage loan, and would never even let us speak to our new agent. I called back John and asked him if he could help us out, and not only did he say he could, but in 40 MINUTES he was able to add us back into his system, write up a new policy, and get the documents to our mortgage company, when this other agency (i won't name) couldn't get it done in a week. He helped us out tremendously...the customer service just can't be beat by anyone else!!

On several occasions he has gone above what we would have expected...when a tornado struck our house and neighborhood, he brought us lunch. It took him awhile because our street was impassable, so he parked and walked and climbed over fallen trees. Who does that?!! We recently had a claim through our business and he oversaw that to our complete satisfaction. Plus, you couldn't ask for a nicer guy!

Very happy with the service I receive with this company. I was with another local broker…read morepreviously. They were ok. But there was a lot of back in forth, which I don't really care to do when it comes with these type of services. My experience with TK has been exactly what I want and need: professionalism with courtesy, straight forward communication, kept promises and prompt follow up. This is what I want and need with a broker. While I pray I NEVER have to file a claim, I feel comfortable with the way they handle me and business, that I would indeed be in good hands.

I haven't had the pleasure to speak with Josh yet. I have been talking with Garrett Paschal…read more Garrett is wonderful at his job. He explained just exactly what type of insurance that I was getting. He also knew just exactly what it was going to cost me. I was just very pleased with Garrett all the way around. Looking forward to being a Statefarm customer for many more years. Thank you for bringing your beginning prices down. I thought that I would never be able to afford to have Statefarm for my auto insurance. My dad always wanted Statefarm too but back then it was just too expensive for him, but now it's very affordable. Do again thank you. Jacob Edwards

My mother had passed away and I am "taking care of business". After struggling with the post office and the life insurance policy (not State Farm), I was not looking forward to handling my mother's other insurance policies. Frieda was so amazing! She fondly remembered my mother, as they shared a name. Frieda kindly walked me through the process required for my mother's policies and explained why (as a teacher- the "why" is the most important piece). She took the time to give guidance regarding the other issues and was very understanding. More than anything, untrained and irreplacable skill, she was caring. Thank you Frieda!

The estimate from a reputable and reliable contractor was $10,000.00 (this was a small claim compared to the huge losses my neighbors had). After many months the SF agent handling the claim (not Dean) called me and said a check for $3,028 was on the way (less than 1/3 of the estimate) . I sat on that for a while and then called Dean to get his take on it. Turns out it did not seem right to him either. Within 48 hours I received word from SF that my claim had been upped by around $6,500. Now all my damages are covered and I have no one to thank but Dean Pappas. I am a relatively new client of Dean's having moved my account from an agent in a previous city of residence.

I actually contacted my agent (someone other than Joe) and was very disappointed in their level of customer service, follow up, and knowledge of their own policies and procedures. And all of that when I am not even his customer. I highly recommend Joseph Harris if you are looking for an agent that will honestly care and work hard for you.
