Honestly, my experience with you all has been nothing short of amazing, and it truly blew away any expectations I had. You guys were consistently professional, but also really great at explaining everything in a way that made sense. I absolutely have to give a special shout-out to a few incredible people who made all the difference. My deepest gratitude goes to Carmen Velasquez, Glady Lamprea, and Alyssa Ontiveros. I have to drive around in a vehicle that is a danger to my family and this is how they treat my case. UNBELIEVABLE. I would give this business ZERO starts if I could.

Not sure what all the krap reviews on here are about: 1. Very professional 2. Always polite 3. Nailed there timeline and promise HOWEVER, my case went dark for about 9 months and after researching I found out that this is very typical for a dark period. Law firms don't want to be pestered all the time so I left them alone. I was very well organized and presented all my documents clearly with evidence. When my case heated up. They promptly responded. Something else I did rather than rent a car. I bought a beater Prius right before my settlement. It was the same as renting a car two months and when all is over. I do have a 2nd car. Anyhow, not sure what all the whining and bitching on here is about. My experience was GREAT!

Unfortunately, that came after more than four years of handling my case. Communication was terrible throughout the entire process. They rarely provided updates, and I often had to repeatedly email them just to get a response. My attorney was changed twice, and I was never notified. In one instance, I kept emailing my assigned lawyer only to discover that the email address was no longer valid. While I appreciate the final outcome, the lack of communication, professionalism, and transparency made this a very frustrating experience. I'm just relieved that it's finally over.

I could not understand why it would not be a clear claim under the circumstances. Jacob K. Kashani personally got back to me and gave me a quick, simple, and honest explanation of how the process works. Even though it turned out to be a case he would not be able to help me with, he still took the time to explain things clearly and give me advice on the situation. To me, that says a lot. He even signed off by telling me that if I had any other questions, I could contact him again and he would be happy to help answer them. That is a first-class act. It is rare to find someone who will take the time to help, even when there is nothing in it for them. Jacob clearly cares about what he does and the people he speaks with. Five stars all the way.
