Rated three stars for the natural beauty and good taste of burritos/beers, but not being able to take photographs or videos was very disappointing. We were unable to use our cameras because someone who worked at the cenote takes pictures of you when you first enter. This was very distracting, especially for the less experienced divers in our group who were already nervous. Would have liked to take a video later in the dive, after the commercial photographer had left. Overall, had a great diving experience here because of the divemasters with Bahia Divers and earth's natural formations, not because of the people running the cenote. The snack bar employee (who I believe was also the photographer) gave me my total in pesos and when I asked for my total in dollars, he just nodded and took my ten dollar bill without giving change. I still don't know what the beers really cost, so am unsure whether I was ripped off or got a deal. read more
