He was able to get us in that day. He did an exam, ekg, and Cardiac ultrasound and gave her a clean bill of health, all in an hour. Wonderful service, and he spoke English also. We were so pleasantly surprised by the high skill and how efficient his his office was run at a very reasonable cost.

We visited in August: very hot weather. In the waiting room there was an AC, but it was switched off. In the doctor's office no AC, so very sweaty but hey, I can deal with that. My 2 year old was told off for standing on the balance (a standard one like I have at home).....at the pediatrician. OK, I convince my son to wait until the baby has had its checkup. The baby gets his shot and cries a bit, no big deal. Then he yanks on the babies foreskin.....of course the baby starts crying uncontrollably. He tells me to give the baby a painkiller before we come next time!!!!! Sjeez man, first its completely unnecessary to free the foreskin (goes with time) and secondly, what kind of pediatrician tells a parent to drug his kid before coming in for a simple shot?! Then my 2 year old is up and needs to be weighed. The doctor asks me: Is he more than 15 kg? Interesting question eh? we're here to weigh him.... So I say I think he is (my kid is rather big for French standards) so we weigh him on a standard balance, instead of the baby balance. It took the guy 4 attempts to weigh my son: he had not a clue how a balance works (auto tare). During the whole ordeal I stayed polite, as we needed a letter for school which states the child had all immunizations.....this was very hard I can tell you. During the whole visit the doctor never washes his hands. He uses a disinfectant (alcohol) instead. Yak! This doctor is really not interested in his work or patients. I highly suggest you stay away and find someone else.

While in France for a few weeks, I had an emergency and when I called for an appointment I was seen…read morefour days later. Just for that Doctor Charoki deserves the 5 stars. When I arrived, the secretary took my information and did two eye tests with a machine to advance the doctor. My appointment was at 3.45PM and I was received by the doctor, on time. After a brief explanation, I was tested for different things, she knew everything about my condition, recommended a solution and was very efficient. Her place is a little out of the way in Antibes, but it is worht it if you are in the region and in need of a doctor in ophthalmology.

My husband and I were visiting friends in South of France and decided to go paddleboarding. It was…read morea windy day and while trying to put the paddleboard in the water, my husband's control of the paddle and it knocked his tooth square out of his mouth. Luckily the nerve was not exposed but as we still had almost a week left in France before returning back to the US we really needed someone to assist us in emergency filling the tooth. Our friend suggested contacting Dentist Ananou and they were the most gracious and accommodating folks to see my husband late on a Friday evening in summer. My husband arrived at 630pm they admitted him by 7pm and he was finished with the emergency work by 730pm! And not to mention the tooth patch looked great! I can't thank them enough for their flexibility in working on him last minute, the great quality of their work (you would never know he was missing half a tooth earlier that day) and for ultimately saving the day. It's also stressful when there is a health accident in a foreign country, but Guy and his team of assistants made this as easy and calming for us as possible. While I don't recommend busting your teeth out, I do recommend visiting Dentist Ananou's office with any dentistry needs whether it's routine, cosmetic, or emergency. They'll have you looking better than when you showed up!
