Been coming here for a little while now, and at first it was a great experience. Was happy with the result every time (tint), but more recently, or since the beginning of this year, it's been total chaos! I always arrive on time for my appointments and for some reason or another, they can't do my hair. They either cancel on me last minute, decide not to open on the day of my appointment (without letting me know), or one of the other hairdressers there say that the person I am booked in with isn't here??? I ask if they have time to do it instead, but of course they don't.
It's always dirty in there, wires everywhere and that floor is always wet and slippery - nearly tripped over one of the wires.
Upon walking in after Christmas, there were 2 stylist there and they both were incredibly rude to me - asking me what I want in this rude manner, then proceeding to just stare at me while I wait.
All in all, very unorganised and unprofessional. Can't believe that they'd happily shut the entire salon on a working day ( I usually come in on Tuesday or Friday), just to go swimming or something?? Not ever coming back to this place. Salon owner needs to get a grip. read more
