The service is always friendly and warm and the atmosphere is eclectic and charming. You can take a ferry boat to Çengelköy or it is on major bus lines from Beykoz and Kadikoy. However, we waited over 30 minutes for our order, and the waiter did mess it up a bit -- he only gave us two plates, when we had ordered three. We all speak Turkish, so I'm not sure about that mix up. Anyway, they brought out a very delicious meze prior to the arrival of our food, and the Fistik Special (comes with salad) was very lovely! I only wish it had come faster and I had gotten my own plate. I totally would have taken home the extra! Oh well, two orders was more than enough for three people. So keep that in mind. The restaurant itself is not super attractive. The place is a bit sterile, but super Turkish. We enjoyed the way the server gave us wetnaps, a free desert, and shook my ayran. That was all very nice. So I'd go back. :)

Delivery is fast and tasty. it is my hole in the wall Istanbul eating experience I always bring my guests to first. Whatever you want to say about it bad, I am going to the say the opposite. Nice and friendly staff. Well cooked and alot of food. Cheap as chips. I can't say enough of this spot I have been eating at since 2006. Call me biased, but this is an easy 5 star review for me.
