I was diagnosed and on my way 30 min later, and my problems started getting better immediately. The staff was extremely nice and we all worked through language barriers together. I wish more doctors were as caring and comforting. An absolute angel of a doctor!

I thought he was a very good doctor, but twice now I've been to him with relatively easy to…read morediagnose problems that were not taken seriously. The first was diabetes. It took 3 visits with complaints that he claimed were all in my head to figure it out even though he knew my family history of diabetes. The next is degenerative arthritis. I've been plaqued with pain (again, all in my head). I've asked him for help several times and have even gone in with ideas for diagnosis hoping to inspire some action, but I've only been made to feel small and silly. Finally he sent me to an orthopedic doctor (for an unrelated knee problem) who discovered, through an x-ray, that I have really bad degenerative arthritis. One would not expect to find this in someone my age but age is no excuse to blow off a patient with a valid issue. Sadly I've lost my confidence in Dr. Hentschel. Sorry, doctor.
