Do not under any circumstance order from this company. We paid a lot of money for very expensive wedding invitations that arrived misshaped and morphed. The company refused to recognize the imperfection in the invitations, despite being shown with a protractor that the angles of the rectangle were completely off. All they will say is that the invitation is beautiful. I am ashamed to send these to my guests and shame on this company for doing nothing to address their customers' concerns. read more

Hello. I am a stationery/gift shop owner specializing in wedding invitations for nearly 17 years now and do invitations also for all occasions. Although this particular company is a very tiny percentage of my business/orders I do love their invitations. I have just had a very bad experience with them and feel the need to express my opinion on line. (Which I have never ever done with any company before ever). But because of the past orders that I have had with them I feel the need to let others know about their practices. With all past orders and correspondence I have had with them I always found them to be extremely rude, nasty and condescending on any and all phone calls with them. Always hated the thought that I had to place a call to them. And very slow with their service on getting proofs to us and then the actually shipment to us. Invitations again though were beautiful when they did arrive. This last situation has me over the top. I placed an order with them which as a retailer I have to pay up front for with them. Not one of my other vendors ever ask for that. So they had my payment. We asked for a proof which took them 1 1/2 weeks to get to us. (They charge $20.00 for a proof). We got the proof which was done incorrectly as far as the lettering style but In between getting the new proof my customer decided to go another route with a different company because of their envelopes not matching the card stock used on the invitation. Here is the kicker....they charged me nearly 25% of the total cost as a cancellation fee ( $121.00 ) because they did me a proof. Again incorrect and took 1 1/2 weeks. As a retailer or a customer do not use C'est Papier ever! First chilly night we have I will burn their albums and will never show their gorgeous invitations ever again. Kathy Misjan read more

This company has beautiful invitations. The problem is that they won't stand behind the product if there is a problem. We ordered 175 invitations. When our guests received them, about 75-80% were damaged. C'est Papier won't do anything about the problem or even apologize. The customer service here is appalling. read more

extremely disappointed!!! the beauty of these invitations fade very quickly after seeing that they are not produced on high quality paper despite the expensive price attached. not only did my invitations not lay flat, they were actually misshaped as well. as for the envelopes, they refused to seal. on top of it all, the company will not acknowledge any errors that they have made and will in fact charge you for their own errors. needless to say, i will never, ever purchase another c'est papier invitation again!!!! read more

I have used C'est Papier for 3 Bar Mitzvahs and have been thrilled. They are the most beautiful invitations and I receive tons of compliments on them. The quality is amazing and the choices wonderful. So unique and exquisite. They far exceed my expectations each time.
