This café/bar is a convenient and pretty comfortable hangout in the main terminal of Confins - located between Gol and Tam/Azul check-in counters. Its open and airy. You can get food, snacks and a variety of drinks. Service is friendly but not necessarily super efficient.
Bäcker is a well-known micro-brewery in Minas Gerais. I've had a couple of their beers. The Bravo is a pretty decent porter. Nice and chocolate-y if you're into that kind of thing; a bit sweet if you're not. The IPA is US style; great hoppy taste, again if you're into that. If you're not, probably better to stick to the Pilsen.
Of course, in true Brasil-style you have to first pay for your order at a 'caixa' off to the side of the main bar. You then take your receipt to the bar to hand it to the staff who makes sure it gets to your table.
