I worked for Robert Higgins, owner of this company many years ago. My clients that I referred to him were taken advantage of. My clients shipped their coins to his office, and were paid many months later. Mr. Higgins does not have good business ethics in my opinion. My clients would call me month after month asking when they were going to get paid. I ended up leaving this company as Mr. Higgins would not pay me my last month of payroll. I then filed a Labor Board claim, won my case, and 8 years later, he still will not pay me. I seen him at a coin show today in Long Beach, Ca. and asked him when he would pay me, he said never. He feels that he does not owe me any money. The proof that I presented to the California Labor Board was enough for the Labor Commissioner to place the decision in my favor. The checks he mailed me before I resigned bounced, check after check. Please be Extremely cautious when dealing with this firm. I told him today that he took advantage of my clients, and he threatened to sue me. All I ever wanted was for Robert Higgins to pay me the salary he promised to pay me. I have spoken with other people who experienced having their checks bounced too. I would not trust him one bit. Buyer beware. I am completely willing to work with him on getting paid. He refuses to settle with me. There was a time that I felt he was one of the most honest men in the business. These days my opinion is the exact opposite.
