These guys are great! They do a fantasic job, they're responsive, friendly a very knowledgeable! I highly recommend

We had to have our cabinets repainted. They were supposed to sand off old paint, prime, and re-paint. They sanded very little and repainted over chipped off paint areas which left ridges and pocks in the finish. They did not secure some of the knobs that were temporarily removed and I have had 2 fall off (previously have had zero issues with knobs in the 9 years we used them). Painters were friendly but left garbage behind and tape inside the drawers. Definitely not a professional job. read more

Paid these so called professionals over $3000 to paint our single story house, they promised the sun moon and stars, of course. The job was done poorly and we had to fight them to get their so called professional painters to pick up their garbage out our yard. They weren't on time nor did they even show up on the day they were supposed to. They washed out and dumped paint in our yard and never cleaned it up. We are supposed to have a 2 year warranty, but now we can't get any assistance what so ever. They are rude when we go in to ask about it as well. They have their money so now we are non existent to them. NEVER waste your money if you care about your house at all. I am disgusted by how they handle business and how poorly they painted our home. If I wanted a messy patchy job I could have had my kids do it. read more

Had them paint inside of our home, they communicated well but the quality of the job leaves a lot to be desired . Less than one tear later probably will need to have inside repainted read more

CertaPro painted my house about a year ago. I am very happy with the durability of the paint, the quality of the work, and the curtiousness of the staff and their paint crew. We used them again for an interior job two weeks ago and everything was above reproach. The staff was courteous, professional, and did the job faster than expected. The quote was fair and the final price ended up actually being less. I recommend everyone use CertaPro Painters in Yakima. read more

DON'T hire CertaPro of Yakima! If any problems arise as happened with my job the franchisee, Debbie, will NOT resolve the issue satisfactorily. I was left with peeling paint due to no/poor preparation of the surface. In order for them to fix the issue they wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money! I had to go to another painting company to fix their mess. Debbie does not care much about customer satisfaction nor doing a great job nor communication. I think she must rely on volume (not repeat business) to get her franchise going. KEEP LOOKING as that place is run like a s--t show! read more

Summer 2018 I'd called to ask about an estimate on painting the trim. I spoke with Debbie at that time; we scheduled the appointment and about a day before, she called to reschedule. We rescheduled for another date and I waited for the painter to meet me for the estimate. He never showed up! I called and left a message asking about the missed appt. Later that afternoon when I checked my email I found she'd sent me an email 15 minutes BEFORE my appointment with the painter asking to reschedule because something had come up. I would have thought a phone call would be the route one would take for a sudden event. I didn't call back. So, it's two years later and still needing the trim painted, I scheduled an appointment with Christine for an estimate on painting the trim on my home. I received an email confirming the appointment for this last Friday, June 18th at 3:30p. No one showed up nor did anyone call. I should have listened to my gut. This is extremely unprofessional and certainly not the way to run a business. I see all the positive reviews and wonder what those folks had to do to get them to respond. Finders fee or something? Thankfully, the universe responded to my call and a friend happened to mention a handyman with his own business who just completed beautiful work on her house and he is now going to be working on my home. read more

Terrible customer service. Was told to send in my building plans for an estimate on painting our new construction home. Then later was very rudely informed by someone on the phone that they don't do new construction. Why waist my time in the first place? I'm thinking I dodged a bullet with these guys. I'd look elsewhere if you'd like to work with company who is courteous, and upfront with potential customers. read more

Debbie is absolutely the best. She answered my million questions professionally and walked me through the process. The bid was fair and I was treated with respect. I would definitely recommend CertaPro! read more

We have used them twice so far and thought they would paint our home exterior. We made it clear which paint we wanted to use based on Consumer Reports showing it lasted longer than others. Jeff never mentioned that he could not use the paint of our choice. But we waited for over a month for something to happen. We finally called and Tasha told us our project was on hold. She did not know why. We called Jeff several times before we got him to call back. He did not know why we were put on hold either. He finally told us he would get a quote for the project including the paint of our choice. He never did get it. Then he called to say that their 2-year warranty would be invalid if we used a paint other than what they usually use. BUT, their website states that the 2-year warranty has nothing to do with the brand of paint used but with the quality of their application work. Then he told my husband that we were too hard to work with since we had different last names. He sent an email saying that he would not do our project. We sent a letter to Debbie to see if she was OK with Jeff's decision. We got a reply that since we had complained about their work in the past, we should no longer contact them. Amazing, since when we got them to stain our fence, the stain did not cover at all. We called Debbie to come see it and she agreed that the job was poorly done and she sent someone out to complete the job. I guess she thinks we should have accepted the very poor job. read more

Debbie was very nice to work with but errors on their part made my project very stressful and time consuming. The project should have been finished in a week, it took 4 months. I put my time and labor in to try and help them out and in the long run it did not pay off for me. I felt they should have given me a break for at least my patience and understanding but all she offered was to paint a room for me which I can do in 1/2 a day for $30.00 and with a lack of trust that was not an option for me. Unfortunately, I would not hire them again. read more

Very please with the painting services from CertaPro Painters of Central Washington. The office staff is quick to reply to questions and concerns. The painters were professional, friendly, and so willing to take care of every little detail. I was especially please with Phil and his crew - they returned to make sure everything was completed to my liking and cleaned up all related painting materials. Very pleased! read more
