Today (September 26, 2025), when my husband pointed out the same deficiencies yet again, the owner, Adrian, told us "you get what you get" and insulted our home, saying that our $400K property was "cheap" and that only million-dollar homes deserve quality paint. When my husband asked him to leave our property, Adrian refused to leave, saying he "wasn't going anywhere." It escalated to the point that my husband had to call the police before Adrian finally left. This is not just poor workmanship -- it's hostile, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable conduct from the owner himself.
