The first few years she was happy to attend and was always looking forward to going. Throughout the years the program has changed and so are the employees. Nowadays the activities at the center have declined and participants are boarded and literally sleeping on their chairs. The activities should be the heart of PACE. The participants need a place where they are active and comfortable participating. The only way to accomplish this is that the 3 ladies actually engage with the participants. NO EXCUSE!! they go inside their office and play with tablets. To keep the participants in the center according to them active, they give them a paper to color or find words. Sorry PACE this is unacceptable. I try calling the center many times. They haven't changed anything. I'm just writing this review so others can see if this is want for their parents.

These guys billed the wrong department Of my insurance for over a year and then suddenly they send me a bill for $3300 for a cpap . No warning no phone calls just a huge bill. This cpap was supposed to be mine to begin with after 14 months but then I got that huge bill so I called them. me and my insurance called on a 3 way call and it was all explained to the bill department person and he confirmed it was their fault and were going to fix the issue by billing the right department. They came to pick up the device since it was $330 a month and my bill was to the roof. After it was all solved and my balance was $0 I called to claim my cpap that was supposed to be mine after 14 months and I had for almost 2 years. Now they don't wanna give it to me even tough was stated in the paper work I signed that it was going to be mine after 14 months. It's all b.s And Im sick of dealing with them.... I don't recommend this place at all, save yourself the headache and the dealing with incompetent and unprofessional people.
