Called Javier Moreno very last minute. Told him that I needed someone urgently. We purchased a condominium in Bucerias and needed someone to change the lock on our door before we left town. He suggested that we should probably call someone closer to me. I explained that I had already tried but hadn't had any luck. He made sure to ask me the right questions to know exactly what he needed to do. He quoted me over the phone 550 pesos (approx. $30) and was at my place within the hour.
