I am shocked that no other reviews have been written! We had a backup in our laundry room (basement) floor drain today (1.6.18). When the washer would empty, the drain would back-up onto the floor. Water was also coming up through the basement shower drain. This caused a stinky / wet mess that needed to be handled ASAP. We called another plumber first (was unavailable), who recommended Keith from Century Sewer. Keith got back to us almost immediately (on a Saturday evening), and was at our home in 30 minutes!! That is faster than most food delivery services!! Keith came into our home with one goal - fix the issue. No sales pitch, dancing around the issue, finding other "problems" - just good hard knowledgeable work. Keith ran a 100ft power snake through our basement drain clean outs. Found out that a large amount of roots had blocked up the pipe leading away from the house. Keith was also kind to our home, cleaning up any mess created by the job and ensuring not to bring in snow from the outside. From the first call with Keith to the problem being resolved, it took maybe two hours TOTAL. Incredible! Not only that, the price was incredibly good for a weekend emergency service call ($180 TOTAL). Another service was charging that much for just having the vehicle come out to the home! RotoRooter didn't have any availability until Monday afternoon. Just another reason in my book to buy local and from small business! Bravo! read more

We've been using Keith to unblock our sump pump lines into our backyard for years. He's always been on time, efficient and straightforward. Great guy with fair pricing. We'll continue to use his services. read more

Fantastic, friendly, and prompt service! I highly recommend Century Sewer if you need this kind of service.

The service was excellent!!! He worked around my schedule which I really appreciated. A lot of plumbers give you a 3-4 hour window. Also he was very fast, near, friendly, and cleaned up after himself. I called and price compared and his were reasonable. I chose him because of his apparent honesty while discussing the repairs. read more

Wonderful service. We have been using them for several years and they have never disappointed. Our basement drain was blocked. We called them at 8:30 and they were here by 9:30. Very reliable and very reasonably priced. Will always use them. read more

Have used Century Sewer Service several times - at my mom's house, a few years back, to replace the broken pipe from the house to the main. We've called Keith for a problem at my home in Dearborn. I referred him to my sister with great results. We recently had a back-up in the bathroom at our business location. He calls you back quickly and is prompt, courteous, respects your property and takes care of the problem quickly. Over the years, we have received consistent customer service. I agree with the previous reviewer, we are dealing with a bonafide tradesman with years of experience. read more

Keith fixed a problem we had 4 years ago (dishwasher drain) and when this new one showed up (upstairs bathroom sink clogged), we called him right away. He was here to our house in less than 30 minutes and had the problem fixed in about 30 minutes! He really knows what he is doing! Dick & Diana L. read more
