I receive and email saying my reservation was moved to a different location "in the area". The new room was over 30 minutes away and a few miles past the airport. I began attempting to contact them for a cancellation. I would estimate 20 calls and 3 emails with 0 response back. Eventually got a free cancellation from booking.com when the property was not responding to them either! Now I have to worry about how long it will take them to refund me money I have already paid. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else that won't move your reservation 20 miles and never respond to questions.
