Once the owner arrived she was upset after realizing that she had to walk up a few steps because the elderly client could not walk down physically. The owner insisted that I pay her for coming out, though she did not complete any services. I paid the owner and she assured me that that payment would go towards the remainder balance once we proceeded with the next visit. I reached out to the owner shortly after to resume services and she did not respond. She ignored all calls, texts and voicemails simply because she did not want to work with an elder who was not 100% certain of the process. She then went on to post my families personal business online. Hopefilly this review can prevent any other potential clients from getting their money taken. She then responds to reviews and claims things that are not true. It took a month for me to assist my elderly mother with the next steps, not four months. She also never reached out prior to to let me know what I needed for the visit. Praying that she doesn't do this to anyone else who may not be aware of the process of how things work when you need to get something notarized and hoping that the business owner takes my feedback to progress as a business owner! Confirm appointments and ensure that there is clarity! Let your clients know what they need when you arrive! Have cultural awareness when it comes to your clients. Have the decency to explain things to your clients rather than ignore them completely!!!!!!
