She requested a pest inspection that was unnecessary due to the fact that the Home inspection covers that as well. Every time we needed help or had questions she was out of town. She was too busy to help close my house, even though the…read morehouse was literally steps from her office, she was late to everything she needed to be present for. - late to walk through, the selling agent got tired of waiting and we completed the walk through without her. - terrible price negotiation, she reported I was getting a good price but then told me I should pay more, I later found out I owe paid by 10-15k - missed house closing and key hand off, stated she could not make it, I was left to try and track her down to get the key to move in. - would recommend you do as much as possible to avoid this realtor. One bad apple and all.
