But we had no idea HOW to buy a first house! Paul was amazing at walking us through everything as first-time homebuyers, had really great recommendations for other service providers (and despite having recommended service providers, never made us feel like we HAD to use their suggestions.) Paul and his colleagues at the Silva Group kept us informed, were VERY on top of the immense amount of paperwork, answered all our questions, and made sure we knew what to expect and what we needed to do at each point.

After getting some basic info from us, he sent us a listing of about 50 homes so he could figure out exactly what kind of property we were looking for. This helped us to get a good idea of what kind of properties were available in the Collingswood and Haddon Township area. After a few weeks, when we were getting a feel for what was out there, we saw a listing we really liked. After seeing the place and liking it as much in person as in the photos, Mark helped us put a bid in and negotiate with the seller from hundreds of miles away. After we came to an agreement on the price, he helped us get things together like a house inspection, which he went to for us because we couldn't be there, and paperwork for the title. Overall it was great having Mark work on our behalf while we were unable to be in New Jersey, and he was always happy to talk on the phone to discuss any aspect of the process. It's always great to be able to use a local business for something like this, and we were very happy to work with someone who made the process as not-crappy as possible.

Less than 5 years after buying a house flipped by The Mickey Group, we've had to drop over $37,000 on repairs. The biggest being a roof repair.
