Although I liked working with the RE/MAX team at first, l personally would never recommend using…read morethem. We constantly had to keep Amy Neal on task, we even had to beg her to show us houses. Most regrettably, Amy was not trustworthy. She lied about her rate, she lied about "offers in hand" to get preferential agents a first look while our house was off-market, she even lied about mundane details such as paperwork. The communication was unprofessional, we were constantly pleading for information, when negotiations got tense she buckled and ended calls and texts. Above all Amy did not care about our investment on the sale of our home. To Amy it was most important she get commission, no matter the expense to us. Her advice in negotiation centered on her clients making concessions "You will lost the buyers if you don't..." or "Real Estate Agent X does not negotiate". Lastly Amy failed to show up to show us the house we ended up purchasing. If you do decide to choose RE/MAX team, I would advise that you do not sign her paperwork and give yourself freedom to choose another agent.
