Went for a cappuccino another time, the coffee beans was empty in the machine, asked to be refilled and the girl working had no idea how to do it so I had to show her. (I just assumed how to do it because I have a machine at work). Pleaser hire competent people.

This is definitely a different 7-Eleven than I've seen anywhere else I've been in the world. The counter is half bakery ( muffins, brownies, etc.). and half deli (sandwiches, pizza, etc.). Cases of drinks and stands of candy and chips comprise the rest of the store. I credit them with knowing their audience. Being in a train station, they get passengers, tourists from the nearby hotels, and workers who need/want these particular food items. And cigarettes, snus, and such, behind the counter.

The staff are very friendly, smiling and wanting to assist. Sweden is basically a cashless society. Expect to use credit or debit cards just about anywhere you purchase things.

You see several "entrances" but only one can be used as the others are not functional. So keep an eye out for the main entrance door which is to the left of the London pub.
