You are always asked if you were happy with the results of your last hairdo - how it was afterwards, did it look good when you got home etc., and if there is anything they can improve on - even for a blowdry. More expensive than a lot of local salons, but streets ahead of them - I guess it's a case of you get what you pay for! Would absolutley recommened it.
