I came here while visiting Mexico City. I was really excited to find somewhere with real 90 minute…read moreclasses, real heated room, etc. The facility is gorgeous- the prettiest Bikram studio I have been to. It's on a peaceful street, and when you are lying in savasana you have a view of the tops of the trees via narrow windows close to the ceiling. The locker room is spacious, spotless, and modern. Despite not speaking much Spanish, I could tell that the teacher's delivery of the script and explanations were great. The only con is that it seemed surprisingly expensive for the area. A single class is 280 pesos or about $15 US. That's not much less than my studio at home in NYC. But I guess that's the price you pay for really nice facilities, and obviously the subscription pricing is better.

The only thing I don't like is…read morethat the instructors don't really guide or instruct, they just kind of tell you what the pose is and expect you to know what to do. Not very welcoming for beginners. They also stand at the front of room and talk through poses but don't practice with you. Maybe that's a Bikram thing? I've only ever done hot yoga (not Bikram), so it was a first for me. If you know what you're doing, though, I recommend it. Also, it's cheaper than what it costs in the states, so a definite plus.

I bought the unlimited trial and attended three classes at Yoga Center Condesa (worked out slightly cheaper than paying individual drop in for 3 classes). The instructors are super clear, patient and they do good iyengar! The other students were friendly and focused - I really enjoyed the practice and highly recommend classes here.

The staff took time to explain every step, asked if I had any questions, and gave honest recommendations without making me feel upsold. I started with a HydraFacial, which was amazing and finished with light therapy -- my skin felt so refreshed and glowy afterwards! Then I got Botox (they also offer Dysport). The doctor went over everything beforehand, answered all my questions, and recommended trying Dysport since it's a little more affordable and perfect for a first-timer to see how I like it. I'm super happy with the results and the whole experience. I'll definitely be coming back here whenever I'm in Mexico City! ‍

Scheduled an appointment through WhatsApp. Clearly stated I was going to be scheduling for Botox. When I got to my appointment they told me they didn't have Botox and tried to sell me on dysport (which by the way was the same price as Botox for the same amount when normally dysport is cheaper). They could have communicated that they did not have what I scheduled an appointment for but instead try to sell me on something else.
