I am from Brazil and wanted to send flowers to a friend because she was performing an important…read moreshow in Mexico City. I always send 7 red roses because of a story we have. I contacted them via WhatsApp, the representative asked me to buy from the website, and the closest of the 7-rose bouquet I wanted was an arrangement within a box containing some roses, maybe 12, and an orchid. I bought it, asked them to remove the extra roses and the orchid, I only wanted 7 roses. The representative confirmed, I gave them the address of the place where she would be, and they assured me that they would be delivered in the morning. I thought it was great, it would be ideal if the flowers were at the entrance of the venue when she arrived, before the show opened. That way someone from the production team could take them. I asked them not to contact the artist under any circumstances so as not to disturb her work. I must have said this 7-9 times, to make sure they understood that we could not bother her. It should only be delivered at the entrance, to the receptionist.
Not only did they get the arrangement wrong, bringing orchids and ignoring my request, but they only delivered it in the afternoon when she was already with a bunch of guests. Only to make it worse they had the delivery uber call for the artist who spent 20 minutes at the entrance with the Uber driver who said he needed a code, and neither she (or I) had it. They got the order wrong, disrupted her work, and frustrated me immensely. What a mess!!!
