The receptionist was really helpful on the phone, welcoming & very attentive. The treatment rooms do have open ceilings so you can hear what is going on around you, but this really didnt seem to bother me at all, the music is so soothing & the masseuse was extremely good. She knew exactly where I was tense & worked it all out of my muscles without me telling her. The treatment room was clean, relaxing & warm. I had the Tahai herbal massage (recommended if you are stressed!) without the frangranced oil as my skin is sensitive. I can't wait to go back. Sophie
