Very bad experience! Upon arrival, we bought an air mattress and inflatables at their shop, only to…read moreget to the pool, blow them up, and then be told we're not allowed to use them in the pool. More than €50 down the drain. Their explanation for why they sell them in the shop? "They're for the sea, which is a 10-minute walk away." Even a ball or small water gun isn't allowed -- children can go on the slides, but that's it. Nothing else is permitted! We had to pay extra for air conditioning, but since it wasn't cleaned, it barely worked (after running on high power all day, the caravan was only 2 degrees cooler). Dirty water was leaking out of it, and at night the water dripped onto the plastic sofa, making a lot of noise. At 5 a.m. we were wide awake, trying to catch the water. Nothing was done about the air conditioning. The kids wanted to play ping pong but weren't allowed into the Teens Club because it was locked -- apparently, it's only open in July and August?! None of this information is shared anywhere, and the whole setup is extremely misleading. In the end, we were just glad we weren't staying longer and even happier to leave!! Booking here is a complete waste of money.
