Thursday March 2, 2023 My daughter bought a new Jetta…read more While driving back home . A tire pressure sensor alert has appeared (Check Engine in the dashboard). She brought it back to dealer to correct the issue. When leaving the dealer the another (Check Engine in the dashboard). This time it was an electrostatic FAN related heating that was the issue. She finally brought it back home with summer tire. She came back to pick it up on easter holiday. While returning to University, after 90 minutes, another (Check Engine in the dashboard) This time Too much oil in the engine! She must stop immediately. After a prolonged stop, it restarts the vehicle and the alert has disappeared. She went to another VW Dealer and the gave her an invoice of 158$. The car was new 300KM!!! She no longer trusts the vehicle and VW Granby told us to call Volkswagen Canada that they cannot do anything. Wow this is service! Conclusion My daughter spent all those savings to buy this car. We have always been "sold" to the Volkswagen and Audi brand. We would like to return the vehicle in question for a full refund or an exchange for another 2023 Black Jetta We would like to settle all this amicably. Worst service ever encountered in a VW dealer. Last week I had an appointment to drop off my car in the morning with a courtesy car booked for the…read moreday. I was 15 mins late for the appointment due to the poor conditions of the roads due to a storm. When I arrived the service manager had given the courtesy car to another customer and offered that I could wait for the 4 hour repair to be completed because they didn't have another car. I choose to leave because I had errands planned for the day. Before giving the courtesy car to another customer I would have expected at least for him to contact me so I could tell him I was on my way to the dealership. I walked out of the dealership upset and vowed never to return again. Now I am stuck driving an extra 50 kms to the next closest VW dealership for the service on my car.
