I found it in the…read morecenter of the mall, located a restroom in two clicks,and it digitally lit the way on the screen. There was a beautiful floral shop, candy shop, lots of apparel boutiques, but my favorite stop in the mall was the Monoprix! It was a combo of a food court and market. The food displays are unbelievable and prices so reasonable. I saw shrimp as big as my open palm! Aged meat (Cave) and cheeses galore were easily available. Love this place!

About utilities they have two toilets on first floor and on second floor, usually there is not a long queue but depends on the day time! As well there a smoking area outside mall since it's is not smoking inside! They have branches with usb support and there is free WiFi all around! Enjoy your shopping at cap 3000

It's a new mall. It's nice to walk around. There are some interesting art. It was able to find a…read morebunch of talking pens and books with Cd in their children store. There is a bunch of restaurant choices. The Vietnamese restaurant didn't have AC and the water bottled where not cold. The binh sandwich had a special type of bread which is worth trying. There is actually a Asian chef there. The food did have the vietnamese taste to it. They have separate toilets.
