It is an ADA compliant accessible station. My favorite pic - the 1890 White Plains Road 2-story wooden Hotel W. Thwaite that also sold wines and lager beer! All in all, they add to this great public artwork, making it worth taking a closer look!

Sometimes the train makes you just late for your daily commute. Some people are just clueless and stand by the door all the times and some people just are unruly when the train is crowded. MTA needs to fix alot of things and not just worry about putting spikes near the turnstiles. Absolutely a fail by the MTA

If I could give a negative review I would. Below is a copy of the letter I sent to them on 4/8/14…read more I HIGHLY doubt they will even respond. Due to their horrible customer service, and their lack of responsiveness in other concerns I had prior to this time, if you could, I WOULD NOT recommend them. I had problems from sign up, which was in July 2013, and continue to have problems. If they didn't have a monopoly on the area, I would have cancelled my service in August. Dear Customer Care, I am extremely upset by my recent treatment. In February 2014, my card was used fraudulently and was cancelled by my bank. I was on auto pay and knew my March payment would be declined. I called and spoke to your representative. I explained the situation and she stated that she showed payment. I stated that charge should have been declined and nothing has been taken from my bank account. I asked if I could pay at that time. She tried to enter my card but the system would not allow her as I had a zero balance, as per her explanation. She further stated that once the system reflects the declination, I would be notified that payment was due. I asked if she could update my card and she stated that she could not again, because my account shows a zero balance. On or around March 15, I received my April invoice via email. It reflected a balance due of $185.00. I went on the website to confirm it was for April and not for march and your site still showed that March was paid. A day or two thereafter, I paid the bill in full. I have not received any correspondence since then from you. Today, after a long day at work, I was denied access into the garage. It was explained to me that my card was charged on March 30 and was declined. I explained what I just stated to the person who said there was nothing she could do. I requested a manager. Meanwhile, there is a line behind me of people wanting to enter the garage. I spoke with a manager, at which time I was irate, and I made payment via telephone. My issue is this: your company has the WORST customer service. I have been a paying customer. Never had a problem. Even offered you payment which you declined because of your antiquated system. A card declination should NEVER take a month to process. You also should give someone a warning before just deactivating their card. I was told, and expected, some kind of communication from you stating the issue with an opportunity to rectify it. You email me an invoice, like clockwork, every month, telling me that I owe you money. You can't email or call me about this issue? What I went through was EMBARRASSING!!!! People are looking at me like I don't pay my bills. All because you didn't do what you said. Trust me, this incident will be on social media by nightfall. If I could boycott your company I would, but since parking is so bad here, and you have a monopoly on the area, I cannot. I rely heavily on parking garages, yours I refuse to use. And I will tell my colleagues to do the same. No good, paying customer should ever have to go through that. If I give you my hard earned money, I expect service in return. You guys do not provide that. I will also let xxx know of this incident as well. You guys are horrible and have lost a customer.
