The young woman tried to fix them but they immediately broke again (not her fault!). I asked if it was possible to get a new pair in less than 24 hours. With progressive lenses it was not possible. But she searched her store to see if she had a frame that would fit my existing lenses. She did and had those ready for me five hours later. The cost was more than reasonable. Great customer service. This was a trip saver.
