Dr. Ali was really exceptionally great.. He is pretty quick to take care of my mother-in-law... ..this way she was removed her oxygen on her way back home.. Still she needs to have while sleeping, while walking or so. He is quick to help..he tested with few tests and decided so quick..on that friday we were happy coming back home.. I have been a patient of Doctor Haim's for over 20 years. He is the most intelligent, compassionate physician you will find in Orlando. I changed Insurance (not by choice) to a HMO. I had problems getting a correct referral from my primary physician. Kay came to my rescue by being on top of the Cigna portal to make sure it was corrected. She even called me back before my appointment to make sure I was informed it was corrected. I highly recommend this practice. read more

I had been a patient of CFPG's practice here and at the Mills Ave location for years; but, changes in employment and changes in insurance made necessary a move to another pulmonologist. However, each year I have to have a Pulmonary Function Test; and, it seems that AdventHealth East no longer provides those. So, I searched long and hard; and, ended up where I started 7 years ago at Central Florida Pulmonary Group, east Orlando. Check-in was a breeze; and, Respiratory staff were welcoming, and professional The tests went fine; and, as a bonus, I received a print out copy for myself - the first time I've seen the results in detail. I looked up how to interpret the results from Harvard Medical School; and, based on my understanding, I was fairly pleased with the results, as I suffer from two chronic lung conditions. I won't see my pulmonologist for months, as her practice has grown; and, as a lecturing doctor, her office hours are limited. But, it's very nice to know that my lungs are functioning well, despite the lack of healthy tissue; and, I am looking forward to next year's test, hoping I can keep up with my medication and physical therapy. My doctor is Doctor Go. I have to say I am pleased with his skills, but more than that I MUST give credit where credit is due. Doctor Go has a pulmonary technician that not only goes beyond her duties as a technician she will fight for patients rights to receive their medical CPAP supplies it a timely manner. In my opinion she is worth her weight in gold. It is staff members like her, that make a doctors office Great!!! The world needs more workers like her.. As for the staff at the front desk, well I found the best bet is to avoid them all, even the ones that work for other businesses throughout Florida. I have yet found any front desk girl that knows anything more than answering the phone. (So for this review I will not include them) read more
