I went to make some changes to my account. Jackie who worked there was accommodating and even notarized the forms I needed to finish the paperwork. This Co-op has been in the same place since this was considered way out of town and in the middle of the field. I never thought I would see the day when it was more in town; it's in the city limits now. I appreciate their work and their service there. I miss having them as my power provider. I love their Ruralite publication as well as a real neighborly feel. A gem of a monthly advertisement and hometown periodical. An electrical shut off every week for the last 3 weeks. I live in Eagle Crest. We've spent $100,000 on fire prevention measures plus all our utilities are underground. CEC is getting like California. Today my power is out because of a fire 50 miles away. This is getting tiresome. read more
