This particular office management in MOREHEAD, KENTUCKY is egregiously incompetent and unreliable…read more When I called them yesterday, the employee indicated that I should come in for my appointment to FIRST undergo the procedure to be fitted for orthotic inserts, AFTER which they would determine whether my medical insurance would cover the cost. After making the trip to their office, they completely changed their story and informed me as soon as I entered the door that my insurance would not cover the service / foot gear. Couldn't they have conveyed that to me on the phone before I went there for my appointment ? It would have saved me the trip, my valuable time, and gas expenses. Customers and Patients, BEWARE of this office's irresponsibility and total lack of professional service.
