I found this store to be rather expensive with paracetamol costing around 2.50 euros (it can be picked up for 1/5 or ¼ of that in the UK) and the snoring spray costing just over 10 euros. The woman who served me spoke decent English, yet the language barrier was still there and she did originally try to charge me 25 euros for the snoring treatment as he tried to push on me, and sell on me a mouth and nose spray, which were both separate, she seemed to be more about profit than showing me all the options which might be better in my situation and cheaper. The selection here is okay but in my case only having two snoring sprays (mouth and throat) and one lot of paracetamol is ridiculous, and I can't help but wonder whether it was just the member of staff picking on me to end up making more profit and selling a more expensive item as I'm British and have very basic knowledge of Berlin and Germany, and I don't speak German. Price and service and the location (being on the bottom floor makes coming here inconvenient) all are a huge factor in why I feel this Pharmacy deserves a single one star rating.
