Each area of the building is maintained very well and has great overall cleanliness. The massage tables that you lay down on are also great as-well! Very comfortable and love how it can warm up so your not freezing during your massages or procedures. I also enjoy the heated blankets as-well , it feels very snug and comfortable. Their deep tissue massage is very good! For me it was the right amount of pressure and the person massaging me found all of my knots and focused on them. Overall very pleased with this service. With their facials i really like their products that they use because its very gentle with my sensitive and acne prone skin and i love that they use a very soft brush to apply some of their products. After every facial they will also give recommendations on what your skin needs in order to improve it. And feel free to ask them for any suggestions or concerns as-well, they are very open minded. Lash lifts, as a asian girl with monolids its very hard finding a place that can get my lashes to curl and be visible but this place is the best place for me to get my lashes lifted because my lashes stay curled and visible for 4-6 weeks and is definitely worth the money. The workers here know how to do a good quality lash lift that lasts for a long time. Each worker here is very professional and knows what they're doing. I asked if there was any way to adjust my service, and I was told they would work with me and that the owner would call me that week to discuss a solution. On the day of the appointment, I received my facial (which was fine) and was told again that the owner would reach out soon to arrange something for the unused massage portion. But I never received a call. When I followed up afterward, I was told that because I booked in a group, they would not offer any accommodation--such as store credit or gift card--even after explaining my medical situation. Given that I personally spent $360 and our group spent around $1,800 including tip, I expected a basic level of compassion, especially for a postpartum mom with an ongoing medical issue. I wasn't looking for special treatment, just a reasonable accommodation for a service I physically could not receive. Unfortunately, the lack of empathy and unwillingness to work with me given my specific situation was deeply disappointing. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this spa. Both Doctors the ultimate professional, kind, gentle, thorough and explain things well. Their office and assistants staff are marvelous - friendly, quick, helpful and reassuring. I have received microdermabrasion which has helped with dry skin and has brightened my complexion. She has also suggested different products to help combat my winter skin issues.
