From general banking, amazing APR's, minimal-no fees, after hours help and assistance, working with you to get approved for lines of credit, professional financing advice, to last but not least amazing customer service. The folks at Seymour CCU have always went above and beyond to help my husband and I with anything we've needed. Especially with starting a business! We couldn't have done it without them. Serish & Katie are always striving for customer satisfaction & will go the extra mile or ten to do whatever is needed; no matter how long it takes. I was in the drive through for 20 minutes trying to deposit my Franklin Templeton check. They were very rude to me. "What kind of check is this?" was all they had to say and then 10 minutes later... "Have you had a check like this before?" So rude. It's freezing cold outside and the least they could have done was tell me it would be a few minutes but instead I sat with my window down waiting to see what was taking so long. They asked for my ID about 15 minutes in and around the 20 minute mark they asked me who "Camilla" was. Camilla is my grandma who opened up the Franklin Templeton account on my behalf when I was a kid. I think it is rude they were essentially interrogating me. My name is on the account and it was created for me. I don't see why I had to sit for 20 minutes in the cold to be interrogated. I always go to the North Vernon branch and it's staying that way from here on out!!! read more
