A couple years ago I had my phone stolen and we obviously call the operator to suspend/block my…read morephone. When I called telcelt hey assured me I could retrieve my old number. So I came here to get my SIM card, after waiting for over 45 min they kept saying there was nothing they could do and I could get my old number, I thinks it's more like they didn't want to do all the work. They just kept making excuses after I got tired and just agreed to get a different number. Also when a friend from Mexico had to renew his contract they refused to do it since he didn't get his plan here and another million excuses, so he ended up having to wait to get it done in Mexico. He did make sure to put a complaint since it was possible to get it done here.
