Went there because I COULD NOT get anyone on the phone to help me get the gas turned on at an address. Got there and one of the employees happen to arrive at the same time. He asked me what I was doing there and I explained that I was there to get some help. He then said there was an office in Gulfport, a lot closer, and I didn't need to come that far. He got the person over the region I was in on the phone and got me the help I needed to get the gas turned on. read more

Hands-down worst customer service I've ever seen for three days I've been trying to reschedule an appointment to get my gas turned on and I've sat on hold for an hour and a half I've called every local office apparently they're all closed or their phone numbers don't work these people are harder to get a hold of them trying to call the government read more

Just save your time and effort and convert to electric. Worst customer service i have ever experienced.
