What used to feel like a reliable practice now feels like an intern training ground, where patient care clearly isn't the priority. At my most recent visit, I needed routine bloodwork done. What should have been a simple procedure turned into an awful experience. The staff member attempted to draw my blood three separate times and still couldn't do it properly. It was painful, stressful, and honestly unacceptable. I left feeling physically sore and completely frustrated. After nearly a decade of loyalty, being put through something like that without any sign of competence or accountability is beyond disappointing. Patients deserve experienced care, not to feel like practice subjects. I will seriously be reconsidering coming back.

I tried making it thru the day but by 2 pm I could not do it anymore the fatigue was too much . So I called Michelle at dr Ross office and asked if she could squeeze me in and she said ok come at 3 pm .So I left work When I got there he checked my blood pressure did a ekg which was fine and took a blood test to see if they could find any other cause .I left thinking maybe I just had a flu or something .I went home and went straight to bed at 2 am my son came into my room and said dad it's dr Ross he told me that my blood test showed I was having the heart attack-and to not panic but call an ambulance .I told him I feel fine I just got a few hours sleep and I was ok I will have my wife drive me .He said listen to me young man I have done this before and stay put and call the ambulance .Thank god I did because when I got halfway to the hospital I had the heart attack ..the emts began working on me in the ambulance and they ran me into the operating room .I remeber thinking I can't believe I am gonna die In the back of an ambulance and I can't say goodbye to anyone .well obviously I survived .The doctor told me I could have died in my sleep that night ..I will be forever grateful for dr Ross and michelle for being so professional and saving my life .If your looking for a doctor who cares about people he's it !!
