Jeff met us at the home prior to closing to measure and provided us with a quote for cost and timing that was very reasonable. We sent him paint colors and a deposit and he was very helpful and responsive when purchasing materials and scheduling the work. Jeff arrived on time and his team got started right away. They worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job faster than estimated. Jeff was able to catch some things we hadn't noticed before, like closet ceilings being painted the same color as the walls. He offered to pick up additional white ceiling paint so they would match at a reasonable cost. Jeff and his team were nice, friendly, and easygoing and they did quality work. They walked through the home with us once they were finished and were happy to touch up any remaining spots. Overall, they left our house clean and looking really nice with fresh paint. I hired a team to paint, remove carpet and lay flooring for my rental house in Florida. We agreed…read morethat the job would be completed in three days. We also decided to pay half of the amount after the painting was complete and the other half after the flooring. However, on the first day, they didn't show up. On the second day, they only managed to paint a few rooms and then insisted on receiving half the money to pay the floor guy to start his work. I reluctantly agreed. On the third day, they removed the carpet and demanded more money for the floor guy to begin his work. Despite my apprehensions, I gave in and provided a little more money. When day four came around, they claimed their kids were sick and couldn't work but assured me they would finish everything on day five. On day five, they informed me that the flooring was being laid and said they would send pictures once it was complete. However, when a realtor stopped by the house, there was no one there, and the flooring had not even been started. It turned out that they had been dishonest with me. After I contacted them about the situation, they agreed to return my money, and I promised not to leave a negative review. As you can probably tell, things didn't quite work out as I had hoped.
