Friendly, and takes his time explaining things every step of the way. I got the feeling I was in knowledgeable, capable hands, literally. Excellent experience.

What makes her stand out is how her treatments have an immediate relief! I have seen many acupuncturists for more than 30 yeas and none have her skills, expertise and kindness. Her bedside manner is unmatched. She is gentle, caring and compassionate and very knowledgeable. Never pushes you in receiving any treatments you don't want. She also pairs acupuncture with Infra Red Therapy and a trans-cutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) unit by delivering small electrical impulses through the needles; then employs cupping, a most relaxing and healing modality tat stimulates oxygenation and blood circulation. It never fails to take away any pain and inflammation. Additionally, she teaches Tai-Chi and QiGong free every Saturday at the Massey park by the tennis courts on NW 34th street. She takes insurance as well. She is truly a gem!

Having tried acupuncture before and failing to see its worth, when I first started seeing Min I was skeptical. After my first treatment I still wasn't sure acupuncture did anything, but I enjoyed the time I spent with Min - she was loving in a way most doctors aren't (or at least most doctors don't openly show care and concern on a first visit). She listened without judgement and never pushed a specific treatment but gave recommendations and discussed options that fit my lifestyle. After a few visits I started seeing real changes in my health and I've been seeing her ever since. I live two hours away from her office now, but I make the trip a few times a year or whenever I feel I need a treatment (or when I just miss her; she's become that close to me). Whether you've been getting acupuncture treatments for years or you are looking to try it for the first time, I highly recommend Min Li.

I prefer the community acupuncture style to the solo-session so much, now that I have experienced both. It is great to lay in there for as long as I want with no pressure to get up. Even though the time that one speaks to the practitioner is very short, both Jen and Theresa have always had the time to offer me many suggestions about things to do to improve my various complaints. They care a lot about people, and isn't it obvious by the fact that they opened an affordable acupuncture place? I wish massage could also be this way. I urge anyone dealing with an ongoing problem, tragedy, depression, addiction, stress, etc., to go visit GCA and give it a chance. Also, if you are already feeling pain and that is why you seek help, why are you so worried about how the tiny needles will feel? They don't hurt.

It had…read moreprogressed to the point I wasn't able to open my refrigerator or cut vegetables without elbow pain. I was not able to lift anything above 10 pounds over my head. This really hindered my ability to fully participate in CrossFit classes. I found myself taking more and more rest days and modifying more and more movements. I knew I needed to do something. I was very reluctant to try a "traditional" Physical Therapy Clinic. In my past, I had PTs and doctors tell me not to engage in the sports and activities I loved., that I just should remove them from my life. The end. I had a lot of fear that I would be told I shouldn't do CrossFit or lift heavy. But at this point, I wasn't doing those things because of my pain, so what did I have to lose? After my initial visit with Dr. Scott Eddins, I was beyond excited when he assured me he'd get me back to the activities I loved and pain free. He never once uttered a bad word about CrossFit or Olympic lifting. In fact, he gets it. He knows what that competitive drive or love for a sport does for an athlete and how much being unable to participate can affect a person's spirit. His number one goal was always to get me back to what I loved. And he did. Between my PT and Laser sessions I was able to slowly regain my strength and mobility. Each week I was racking up small "wins," things that told me I was on the right track and would soon be back to my old routine. I looked forward to every session, Dr. Scott and his team made my sessions fun and incorporated a lot of movements I enjoyed doing and translated well to my desired fitness routine. We also shared a lot of laughs! If you put in the work, I promise you Dr. Scott will get you to where you want to be with your physical capabilities and he will certainly never stand in the way of your goals. I am now pain free with full mobility, able to go "all-in" during the daily thrashings known as the "workouts of the day."

It was a bad experience that left a bad taste in my mouth. (& I'm not talking about the ginger. I like ginger.) While I was waiting for the manager, or whoever is in charge, I pulled a ginger chew out of my purse & ate it. When the brunette walked in she said under her breath, "that's a great way to start an interview." First of all, am I applying for a job here, or am i paying you for the physical therapy?? I'm paying "you", not the other way around. & my tummy hurt. Rude. A kind "no thank you" would have been more appropriate. But I'll still give them 4 stars bc the physical therapy was consistent & the PTs were kind. I just couldn't stand the manager, or whoever "interviewed" me, & thank God I don't have to work for her, bc she's not so nice.
