I have used several of the doctors at Imperial Health Orthopedics. They have fixed my torn rotator cuff, gave me injections for knee pain n back pain. They are great doctors and very down to earth n care about their patients. They have treated 2 of my young grandchildren n were great with them. They also fixed my 80 year old mothers broken hip. Wouldn't trust anyone else to care for our orthopedic needs. read more

I am supremely disappointed in this location. My doctor has no empathy and a terrible bed side manor. In the 6 times in the office for a severely damaged ankle I saw the doctor for less than 5 minutes. I went to Dr. Lowry for a degenerative disk. It wasn't serious but he prescribed an anti inflamatory drug which was supposed to be sent in by the nurse. Two weeks later no prescription, no drug. So I put in a call to the nurse which was never returned. I ended up going up there in person to get the prescription. I got word from the front that they have sent in the prescription to my pharmacist. Several days later, still no drug. I called my pharmacy to find out no prescription has been sent in at all from them. I go up a second time to the office and they said the nurse will call me. Again, the nurse does not return my call. I go up a third time to have them put in a prescription at Walmart instead which they agree to. I go to Walmart and no prescription has been put in...again. So I go up a 4th time to the office to request a hand written prescription which I will just take to my pharmacist myself. Again, they refuse and tell me they will just have the nurse call me. At that point I tell them nevermind and that I will just go to my internist to get the prescription filled. The girls up front seem very nice, but if this place can't even handle a simple prescription after over three weeks and 4 personal visits to their office to get the problem resolved, I shudder to think of the problems if you had a serious back issue. read more
