Dr. Bennett also works tremendously in helping parents, children, and everyone in the house to limit technology with safe and fair parameters that are made to improve communication and foster honest feelings with regards to technology. Dr. Bennett has a special gift to help you understand your child's perspective of social media in today's world, all the while providing you the tools and resources to be supportive while not feeling like you are Big Brother for your child's online presence. I had seen Dr. Bennett at a presentation at our parish, Padre Serra Parish in Camarillo 3 years ago, and she had also done another presentation at a private Christian school in Camarillo as well. Dr. Bennett has also come out with a new book called "Screen Time in the Mean Time" which we strongly recommend that you read to get the updates on her research and the latest trends and things impacting your children on social media. Moreover, Dr. Bennett is also a college professor at CSUCI, as well as being a frequent guest on TV for Access Hollywood among other shows, as being a Social Media Expert. Dr. Bennett also makes time for consultations and private practice, and has been instrumental and helpful in making a difference in our family. Thank you Dr. Bennett for the services that you provide to help all of us try to be better parents in this new complex, digital social media world...

Slowly, I am picking up the pieces. It is a journey, but this time, I know I'm taking the right path. Will never miss the Zoom meet with my doctor.

I've been single my entire life, the long ago girl in me planned to be married to a solid man,…read moreliving in a craftsman style house, with 3 kids by the time I was 25, but after my twenties came and went, my dreams began to diminish, and now in my forties I'm content to be single, and often joke that as much as I like the idea of being in love, I'd probably end up being the runaway bride. So when my neighbor invited me to a lecture held by Dr. Lozano I agreed to go, but the cynic in me had no expectations that I would be leaving that day a new person. I was wrong. What Dr. Lozano gives a person are a tools to better ourselves with. Some might think that's easy, but there are people out there plagued with doubts, worries, or insecurities that hold them back and if you happen to be one of those people, it might be time to find out why, that's what I plan to do. After lecture another attendant asked me, if I had gotten anything out of her seminar. I told him that surprisingly yes I had and it had surprised me because I had really gone in with a very ho hum attitude. For those who have been searching for answers and even those who ignore that voice in the back of your head, I really recommend attending one of Dr. Lozano's Meet up groups, they are free to attend, and you will get a wealth of information.
